Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 18ph account login credentials. Specifically:

• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other accounts or services.
• Log out of 18ph when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 18ph immediately at support@18ph.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

18ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details. We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

All transactions at 18ph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP, ₱). We support the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Philippine-based members:

• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking

• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your 18ph account.

18ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, repeated chargeback requests, or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming principles.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where a balance is forfeited, 18ph will provide written explanation to the account holder.

You may close your own 18ph account at any time by contacting support at support@18ph.best. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

18ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, 18ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Your continued use of the 18ph platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
